My recent BIAB experience here was abysmal. Initial work by one technician, then handed off to a teenage girl sans explanation. Nails sanded excessively, causing discomfort, resulting in lumpy, rough BIAB. Had to rectify at my regular salon the next day. My initial visit was a breath of fresh air. Having encountered cliquish atmospheres in previous parlours, The Feathered Enclosure was a complete contrast. The ambience is welcoming, and the entire team excels at creating a relaxing environment. Chloe was exceptional and executed a superb job. I was enduring back ache and spasms after extended driving, and scheduled a deep tissue massage with Lucy in hopes of alleviating issues. I'm quite new to massage therapy and Lucy was incredibly kind and professional in making me feel at ease and evaluating my requirements. The treatment was superb and my back feels significantly improved. Getting a blow dry for a wedding. It's always nerve-wracking trying a new hairdresser. The salon is sleek and spotless. Arrived early and Jake offered me a coffee while I waited. Skilled stylist. The salon is a brief stroll from The Ancient Manor House Hotel.
