I telephoned on Saturday afternoon to inquire about waxing services but received no response, so I assumed they were occupied and opted to send an email instead. I received a standard thank you message. On Tuesday, I called again and left a voicemail. Another voicemail was left on Thursday, and now, nearly two weeks later, I have not received any communication. My initial visit was a breath of fresh air. Having encountered cliquish atmospheres in previous parlours, The Feathered Enclosure was a complete contrast. The ambience is welcoming, and the entire team excels at creating a relaxing environment. Chloe was exceptional and executed a superb job.
