Journeyed 40 minutes and agreed to shift my appointment to 12pm instead of 11am to accommodate them, arrived at 11:30am. Walked out an hour later as the artist was still occupied with someone. I say occupied, mostly chatting, yelling and cursing with other artists. No sign of stopping. Subpar service, lacking manners and even worse language. Wouldn't get inked here even if it was complimentary. Bring your ear defenders. Refused to refund my deposit despite the inconvenience.
