After passing by NailPro twice, I found it enticing and decided to give it a try. I booked appointments for myself and a friend, and it turned out to be the best nail experience I've ever had. The employees were rude during my visit. I went to buy a razor yesterday, and the employee, Shannen, asked for ID. When I didn't have it, I had to look for something else to purchase. I noticed Shannen and another employee near the makeup section laughing at me. As I was leaving, they were still laughing, so I approached an employee I think is named Hannah. She denied laughing, but this experience made me extremely uncomfortable. I hope appropriate action is taken because no customer should be bullied or made to feel uncomfortable. Had a fantastic experience at Inked Legends tattoo parlour. Absolutely adore the tattoo I got from Artist Blake, and the atmosphere was so chill. I had a fantastic time getting my nails done with Oliver. He made me feel completely at ease and the experience was truly enjoyable. Oliver is so easy to talk to and I had a wonderful time at his salon. The gel manicure he did was absolutely fabulous, I couldn't be happier with the results!
