Leaving one star as I can't leave less.
Got a spray tan before a weekend getaway. Woke up with dark orange hands, a ghastly sight (due to excessive spraying & lack of prep during treatment).
Showed the therapist at the salon the next day - they agreed it was bad.
Was advised to contact Shelley (the owner) for assistance.
Emailed Shelley, got offered a 'possible body scrub'.
A disappointing response to a situation that caused me much embarrassment on my trip (had to hide my hands all weekend!), which I had explained.
Requested a simple refund in a follow-up.
Received a curt email saying 'I am on holiday, deal with it when I return'.
No further communication.
Followed up with 2 more emails and a voicemail, all ignored.

A fantastic hair parlour, with a team of affable staff. Tara, who styled my hair, replicated the picture I showed perfectly. It was absolutely amazing. I was quite nervous upon arrival, but quickly felt at ease. Plus, the scalp massage during the hair wash was simply divine. I highly recommend this place!
