This has been my most disappointing manicure experience to date. While shellac or acrylic services may be acceptable here, I urge caution as it appears that the tools are not adequately cleaned. My shellac pedicure turned out fine, but the standard manicure was subpar. I doubt the individual who performed the service is a trained nail technician. Each nail varied in shape and length, there was excess skin around the cuticles, and the polish application was sloppy.
