I've been a loyal client of Natalie's for over a decade, both before and after she opened her salon, and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. They always deliver exactly what you ask for. I've never left the salon with any issues or hair disasters, which I've unfortunately experienced with other stylists who go scissor-happy when you least expect it! Upon arrival, the entrance was locked, so I rang the bell. A severe, unwelcoming woman answered the (glass) door. I was smiling. She wasn't. I stated my identity and appointment. She simply inquired, "With?" I felt a bit perplexed. Not the best initial interaction.
Imelda is truly delightful, exceptionally hospitable, and talkative. She thoroughly explained everything, and after the paperwork and test patch, I received my treatment promptly. Excellent!
Upon leaving to schedule my next visit, the inhospitable woman was at the front desk. She didn't once glance up from her task to bid farewell when I departed. It's a shame for a small enterprise to operate in this manner.

Follow-up feedback - I still visit Tranquility for lash refills every three weeks. It's my favourite spot! I now opt for the Aqua facial with Sarah. The Aqua facial truly is a treat and shows immediate results. My skin felt firmer and pore-free! Even after applying makeup later, I could sense the improvement in my skin's texture. My skin was radiant from within! Enjoyed every moment of it.

My initial encounter with eyebrow Microblading today was with Abbie. The outcome has left me astounded. For 46 years, I have had no eyebrows and have been poorly using a pencil.
