I visited here as my usual spot is hard to reach now that it's in the ULEZ. I could reserve a spot online which was fantastic and very convenient. The booking presented me with two choices for waxing, one at the standard rate and another at a lower price with a specific staff member. I opted for the cheaper option due to a significant price gap.
Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The establishment appeared clean.
The waxing process was carried out in a comfortable manner.
However, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged the full price instead of the option I selected. I was informed that it wasn't the staff member I chose, but someone else, and those were the rates. It felt like a misrepresentation and a poor excuse to charge me more. Consequently, I am unlikely to return. What a delightful, spacious salon with large, bright windows. Carrie gave me a wonderful head massage - worth the price alone. Rachel provided excellent shampoo advice, and I could purchase it right there. All my greys were expertly covered, and the cut was sharp. Finished off with a blow-dry and a touch of straightener for a perfect look. After discovering the advantages of lymphatic drainage, I scheduled my initial session with Elaine recently and I am thrilled that I did. Elaine was extremely amiable and hospitable right from the start, elucidated the procedure before we commenced, and as she attended to me. I'm not particularly fond of massages but I adored this therapy! I felt remarkably good immediately after and can still sense the benefits now 3 days later. To get to Laser Clinics UK - Glasgow Silverburn in Silverburn Shopping Centre, take bus number 3, 10, or 57 from Glasgow city centre and alight at Silverburn Bus Station. From there, walk towards Barrhead Road and the clinic will be located within the shopping centre. If driving, head south on M77, take exit 2A for A736 towards Barrhead, then turn onto Barrhead Road and follow the signs to Silverburn Shopping Centre where the clinic is situated.

These ladies are absolutely fantastic, they make you feel incredibly welcome and are just so kind.
