My initial visit to this salon, and I usually refrain from leaving reviews, but goodness gracious I had to! These ladies are absolutely fantastic, they make you feel incredibly welcome and are just so kind. I adored it, I felt truly at ease, and they guided me along the way as I struggle with decision-making! Yasmine and Josie were exceptional, and honestly, I cannot recommend these ladies enough. What a delightful, spacious salon with large, bright windows. Carrie gave me a wonderful head massage - worth the price alone. Rachel provided excellent shampoo advice, and I could purchase it right there. All my greys were expertly covered, and the cut was sharp. Finished off with a blow-dry and a touch of straightener for a perfect look. I visited here as my usual spot is hard to reach now that it's in the ULEZ. I could reserve a spot online which was fantastic and very convenient. The booking presented me with two choices for waxing, one at the standard rate and another at a lower price with a specific staff member. I opted for the cheaper option due to a significant price gap.
Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The establishment appeared clean.
The waxing process was carried out in a comfortable manner.
However, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged the full price instead of the option I selected. I was informed that it wasn't the staff member I chose, but someone else, and those were the rates. It felt like a misrepresentation and a poor excuse to charge me more. Consequently, I am unlikely to return.
