The tincture she suggested for my dental troubles worked wonders; I was back to eating and drinking normally within a day. I can't thank her enough. I am utterly appalled by the service I have just received from this establishment. My hair was beautifully coloured without any issues. However, I missed an appointment due to my father being rushed to hospital for 7 blood transfusions in critical condition. The last thing on my mind was contacting the Salon at that time. There was no compassion shown towards me at all. They insist I pay an additional £80 before redoing my hair, as well as a birthday voucher for a massage that I will not be using, resulting in a waste of money. I also opt for dermaplaning, which has greatly improved my skin. Using Skin Geek products has been beneficial, and I now incorporate them into my home skincare routine. The entire experience is incredibly soothing.
After starting HRT, I had a breakout around my nose and chin. Roz refused to proceed with a treatment that could worsen the issue but managed to find a solution that actually enhanced my skin and reduced inflammation within 24 hours. They have also provided me with a care plan for the next few days to help maintain my skin. Had my semi-permanent eyelashes done here a few weeks ago. What should have taken an hour was rushed by the technician in 20 minutes! I couldn't properly open my eyes for about half an hour afterward due to excessive glue. The application was sloppy, resulting in thick clumps of glue that have pulled out most of my eyelashes and left bald patches.
