I am utterly appalled by the service I have just received from this establishment. My hair was beautifully coloured without any issues. However, I missed an appointment due to my father being rushed to hospital for 7 blood transfusions in critical condition. The last thing on my mind was contacting the Salon at that time. There was no compassion shown towards me at all. They insist I pay an additional £80 before redoing my hair, as well as a birthday voucher for a massage that I will not be using, resulting in a waste of money. Had my semi-permanent eyelashes done here a few weeks ago. What should have taken an hour was rushed by the technician in 20 minutes! I couldn't properly open my eyes for about half an hour afterward due to excessive glue. The application was sloppy, resulting in thick clumps of glue that have pulled out most of my eyelashes and left bald patches. My recent piercing experience here was absolutely dreadful and excruciating. I had three piercings done a week ago - two third lobes and one helix, which was new to me. Initially, everything seemed fine, but by the second day, I was in severe pain with my helix throbbing and stabbing relentlessly. The pain persisted, and my ear swelled up, leading to sleepless nights. After suspecting an infection, I discovered online that others had similar issues due to the piercing bar being too short. Despite my efforts to clean and soak it, the problem persisted. I had to seek another piercer at my own cost, who revealed that the earring was too tight, causing my ear to swell and the hole to be crooked. Eventually, the piercing had to be removed, and my ear had to be drained of infected pus by a doctor. The other lobe piercings also caused pain and swelling, prompting me to replace them at my expense. The original earrings were too snug, indicating that the thickness of my ears should have been considered beforehand.
