She works wonders! :-) My first visit to the clinic was in Dec 21 seeking advice on anti-ageing treatments/products, and I remember feeling really nervous as I had never had treatment before. Finley immediately made me feel at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable, has a lovely calm demeanor, and truly listened when I expressed my desire to look natural. She also recommended ZO Skin Health products which I have been using ever since, and my skin has never looked better. I follow the anti-ageing programme and use the smart tone broad spectrum SPF 50. I reluctantly agreed, emphasizing my desire to maintain the length. She assured me she would only trim it to just above my chest. As she began cutting, she asked if the length was acceptable. I first visited Carol in late 2022 with a nagging lower back ache from work. After a few sessions, the discomfort had nearly vanished. Now, I see her twice each month.
I am an avid hiker and runner. In past years, I tackled several Ultra Marathons. However, since 2021, injuries kept me from competing. Feeling free from injury, I signed up for this year's Highland Fling Trail race (53 Miles) and started training in mid-January. Thanks to Carol, I managed to finish the race on 27th April without any injuries. I couldn't have achieved it alone, so I am deeply thankful for Carol's efforts.

It allows me to work, make a living, and pursue my passion for hiking and running. I am even considering entering the full WHW race covering 96 Miles.
