Elizabeth has a remarkable ability to make you feel comfortable from the moment you step inside, and her expertise and meticulous attention to detail were truly impressive.
Elizabeth's hands seem to work magic. Additionally, she is incredibly approachable and easy to converse with, which is a delightful bonus!

I am utterly appalled by the service I have just received from this establishment. My hair was beautifully coloured without any issues. However, I missed an appointment due to my father being rushed to hospital for 7 blood transfusions in critical condition. The last thing on my mind was contacting the Salon at that time. There was no compassion shown towards me at all. They insist I pay an additional £80 before redoing my hair, as well as a birthday voucher for a massage that I will not be using, resulting in a waste of money.
