I regret not having a proper before photo, but as you can see, the end result is glossy and beautiful. I am delighted with my new hairstyle and will definitely return. I believe that customers with negative feedback should directly address any issues with the salon. In my experience, the stylist who worked on my hair was very professional and open to constructive criticism. Instead of leaving negative reviews, it's better to communicate concerns in person. I also opt for dermaplaning, which has greatly improved my skin. Using Skin Geek products has been beneficial, and I now incorporate them into my home skincare routine. The entire experience is incredibly soothing.
After starting HRT, I had a breakout around my nose and chin. Roz refused to proceed with a treatment that could worsen the issue but managed to find a solution that actually enhanced my skin and reduced inflammation within 24 hours. They have also provided me with a care plan for the next few days to help maintain my skin.
