Had my semi-permanent eyelashes done here a few weeks ago. What should have taken an hour was rushed by the technician in 20 minutes! I couldn't properly open my eyes for about half an hour afterward due to excessive glue. The application was sloppy, resulting in thick clumps of glue that have pulled out most of my eyelashes and left bald patches. The door was eventually opened at 11:10, and I was informed that the appointment was mistakenly scheduled for 11:30, despite my previous correspondence confirming 11am. The lack of apology was notable, with the repeated explanation that they were a small business.
