My initial visit here was truly welcoming thanks to Alex and Sam. Despite my nerves, they quickly put me at ease. Sam provided excellent advice on my treatments and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. Being a male in a predominantly female setting, I felt completely comfortable. The clinic's location is convenient with complimentary parking. Although I reside in Manchester with numerous clinic options, being referred to Sam by a friend, I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. I was quite anxious about going to the salon, as it was my first time, I did not need to worry, I was made very welcome by Olivia and her team. I had a consultation with Olivia, who carefully listened to my thoughts about my hair but equally made helpful suggestions about how to move forward and improve the condition of it. I am delighted with the hair treatment and cut, my hair feels gorgeous and has so much bounce! I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this salon to others. I was somewhat hesitant when booking for additional Laser Treatment - I had previously undergone 6 sessions in London with minimal change - but I had read fantastic reviews about Craig. During the initial consultation, he was fantastic. He explained everything that would occur and was transparent. The patch test was successful, and the sessions commenced! I am so pleased and incredibly happy with the results. I was amazed at how well it worked after just one session (considering the previous treatments), and it only improved from there!
