Highly highly recommend! I have been dealing with some knee pain on both my knees for a few years now that have worsen recently. Booked an assessment with Mia and I already feel so much better. She thoroughly checked and assessed both my knees and also my hips and back. I had limited range of motion and pain when bending at the knees and that has already improved now! Mia is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and she keeps working until she sees and hears from you that you feel an improvement. Also very friendly and will make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door.
