I absolutely adore the haircut I received from Charlene during my initial visit. Overall, my experience was positive, though it would be beneficial to communicate and acknowledge waiting times to customers, as well as specify that only cash or bank transfer payments are accepted. I did feel overwhelmed by the presence of other customers' families in the bustling salon, especially as a neurodivergent individual. I first went into Body Matters for red vein removal, I was very happy with results. I decided to book myself a facial and left there feeling relaxed and glowing, I then had a full body massage and slept so well that evening, today I had a hot stone back massage and I can honestly say by far it was one of the best massages I've ever had! I am very fussy with massages and have tried them all over the world and never felt like they were not good enough but I now think I have found the masseuse and beauty therapist for me and that is Sarah. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair Base with ADEL. I was quite anxious about going to a salon due to my anxiety, but Adel made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She's outgoing and funny, which helped ease my nerves. My hair was a mess with different colours and lengths, but Adel worked her magic and the colour and cut she gave me were stunning. I was brought to tears by how good I felt. I even brought my mum along, and she was so moved by the transformation that she cried tears of joy.
