I visited this salon for a full set of acrylic nails. I had inquired about the pricing beforehand and was informed it would cost £30. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was 5 minutes late due to difficulty locating the shop and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes before being attended to. I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, and they offered me colour options. During the application, I had to alter the design as the technician could not execute it to a satisfactory standard. Subsequently, I was informed that I had to pay £43 for my nails due to the use of coloured powder, which I had not requested and was not informed would incur an additional cost. I am utterly dismayed by the service provided and was unable to obtain the desired nails due to their lack of skill. I have been a patron of this establishment for several years, availing myself of various therapies. During my IVF journey, I found their IVF reflexology to be particularly beneficial. I have also enjoyed pregnancy massages, post-pregnancy massages, and facials. Holly, my massage therapist, is exceptional - attentive and delightful to converse with. She offers valuable advice on products and post-treatment care. I now exclusively seek her services, having established a strong client-therapist rapport. I wholeheartedly recommend indulging in a massage or treatment here.

I've been to see Ethan for both massage and reiki. Ethan creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, he is so calm and understanding about any health problems (physical and mental) and he bases his work on what you need. His massage felt life changing and it helped with a lot of pain I get especially in my back, hips and legs and it was the first time in a very long time I felt relief from pain. And you come out feeling so at ease and relaxed.
I also can't rate his reiki highly enough. It is the most calming wonderful experience. I have had reiki from a few different people in the past but Ethan's is definitely the best I've experienced. It's like a natural high and the feeling of calmness afterwards is exactly what I needed as I suffer terribly with anxiety and the reiki definitely helped with that.
