I made an appointment to visit this salon as it had great reviews and I had just moved to the area. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the stylist was on her way. When I inquired about the wait time, I was told to call her, which I did, and then messaged her. She then informed me that she had an emergency, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to receive prior notice. I rescheduled for that afternoon, and before returning, I messaged the stylist to confirm her availability. Three days later, I still haven't received a response.
