Penning on behalf of my mother who has visited them a few times: She was informed that some hearsay was circulating about our family at the salon and relayed this information which sparked some commotion, and when they received an earful about this, they then retaliated by giving my mother one of the most dreadful hairdressing experiences of her life as they waited until my mum was already in the process rather than simply prohibiting her from the start.
