Absolutely fantastic! First time visiting this lady. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, complete with a cozy blanket and soothing music playing. I've been frequenting Natural Touch Therapy for sessions since 2016 and have consistently had a remarkably positive experience. The studio exudes a tranquil, inviting, and serene ambiance. Joseph takes great pride in the studio's cleanliness, always maintaining impeccable standards. While I typically opt for waxing, on two occasions I indulged in a sports massage to address a prior shoulder injury. Joseph did a phenomenal job at releasing some stubborn knots! Her waxing skills are equally impressive, thorough and meticulous. A top-notch destination for beauty treatments... After being suggested this salon myself (there are A LOT) of hairdressers/beauty therapists in Great Harwood I was eager to see what it was like. I was thrilled with Samantha, she was extremely friendly and made me feel so at ease. I had a LVL lash lift and my eyebrows tinted and waxed and both looked fantastic! The beauty rooms are upstairs and arranged beautifully. I had an incredible back, neck, and shoulder massage today by Sophie. My shoulders were so tense, and she focused on that area, leaving me feeling much more relaxed. I also treated myself to acrylic nails for my toes which needed some care, and they look stunning! A few good doctors, but securing an appointment is a challenge. The wait to see the diabetic nurse is laughable. A 4-week wait! Contacting them for prescriptions is a nightmare. I waited for over an hour, nearly 2, to get a prescription. I gave up as time is precious. After lodging a complaint, they removed me from their list as I used strong language in my email. Allegedly, it was considered threatening behaviour. This is the worst GP practice I've ever encountered. Exercise caution when you finally manage to reach them, as twice I made appointments only to be told on arrival that nothing was booked! I opted for BIAB with gel hue on my natural nails. They're quite short post acrylics, so I chose BIAB to foster growth while fortifying them. The price was £26, which I found quite reasonable.
Being a first-time visitor to this salon, I felt a tad anxious. However, they did a splendid job on my nails, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I'm looking forward to trying nail art once my nails lengthen a bit more.
There's a wide array of hues to choose from, and the showcased certificates and accolades are truly impressive.
