Station Approach
Consistently encountering issues with Metropolitan line trains (changing speed mid-journey, conflicting information on boards, track problems, unexpected destination changes, etc.). The frequency of these problems is so high that it might be better to limit the line to Baker Street only and repurpose the rest of the tracks for agriculture. The service's unreliability warrants a reassessment of ticket pricing.

This was my premier visit to Jack’s nails and I would not revisit. Although the crew are pleasant, there is a lack of finesse and expertise from the nail artists. I had reserved the nail slot online and explicitly mentioned that it was for my nuptials and requested a proficient individual. This was acknowledged upon arrival. However, I was left disheartened. I had scheduled a manicure and pedicure for myself along with a French manicure for my mum. Both sets of nails were poorly executed as evident in the snapshots. I will not be returning as it was a squander of funds. He always listen to what I want, he’s very professional, incredible skills and his advice regarding brewing is always on point.
The atmosphere is always great in the cafe. I definitely recommend!

Had a phenomenal deep tissue massage by Oliver. He performed wonders on my back, which was in dire need of deep tissue manipulation. As a barber my back and shoulders bear the brunt of my workload, Oliver truly grasped which areas required the most attention. I've rebooked and am confident he will provide the long-term relief I so urgently need. I paid £45 for one hour which is a very reasonable price for the incredible work he does.
