Extremely satisfied with the hairdressing salon, the team is welcoming. There's an upper level in the salon, however, you can request an appointment on the lower level which will be arranged. My 2 year old lad was apparently "Too wee for a trim on a weekend" to clarify, it was early morning and the shop was deserted except for 3 staff! !!! My spouse and I utilized the leisure and spa amenities during our stay at the hotel. The team were extremely warm and accommodating, particularly Alice who went the extra mile for us. The amenities were decent, albeit slightly outdated, but the garden was stunning and we were fortunate to have good weather to enjoy a cocktail on the sunbeds. I highly recommend a back massage with Emma. It was perhaps the finest back massage I've ever had and was exactly what I needed for a stress-free night away from the children. The treatment rooms were delightful too. We will certainly return and recommend to everyone.

1st trip was last year while kickstarting my laser hair removal, which has been fantastic. Highly recommend for those dealing with PCOS. I now have much more confidence. Will definitely get more treatments in the future, wouldn't choose anywhere else. She was very professional throughout, made me feel at ease as I'm quite shy and nervous. Excellent in her field. Would definitely suggest her clinic to anyone, always cheerful and smiling, and the place is spotless. Today, was my second consultation with Phil...after enduring chronic low back pain for a year now and have consulted various nhs and private physiotherapists I have seen no changes. Each day has been exhausting managing my pain and trying to comprehend what is happening. After discovering Phil, and his delightful spouse Lorna, I finally have a clear understanding of what is happening and even identified an issue with my hips that had gone unnoticed. I am deeply grateful for your empathy, expertise and extending our appointment without additional charge.
