I was quite surprised to learn that cuticle work isn't included in the file and polish service. I didn't need a full pedicure and have never encountered a salon that doesn't prepare the nails (remove cuticles, etc.) before applying polish. The final outcome was not satisfactory. Upon witnessing the transformative effects of Alex's massage on my mother (she was practically floating after her session), I was fortunate to receive a massage gift voucher for my birthday. The ambience is incredibly serene and inviting. I indulged in a leg and foot massage along with a back and shoulder massage. The entire experience was heavenly, his expertise truly shone through, to the extent that I had to take a little nap once I returned home. I eagerly anticipate including Alex's massage treatments on my wish list for upcoming birthdays and Christmases.
