Had an incredible massage here today, phoned this morning due to a headache and thought it might help, it did! By the time I departed, it had completely vanished, absolutely adore this place, it’s hands down the finest massage parlour I’ve ever visited, the staff are hospitable and the prices are so reasonable for what you receive, £60 for an hour, unbelievable!

I went to get my hair styled by a trainee, the instructor seemed more focused on their own hair. After 7 hours, my hair was unevenly coloured and poorly cut. The water turned cold during rinsing. Olivia was my lash technician, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, approachable, and skilled. I opted for classic lashes, and even after 3 weeks, they were still looking great. I had an amazing experience at Stuart James hair. My hair was treated by the lovely Charlotte. She did a brilliant job by hydrating my hair and gave it the full care and attention it truly needed. Additionally, Charlotte mentioned how to use the products, and guided me through how each one will help improve the quality of my hair. I became so much more knowledgeable about my hair and how to properly care for it. I can’t thank Charlotte enough for my hair care treatment. I loved it. The salon is very welcoming, the staff are kind and friendly and the atmosphere is calming and therapeutic which really compliments the service. The experience was fantastic. I understand they are new to the country and come from a war-torn region, but maintaining politeness and professionalism would enhance their business. Also, there is no card payment available, and the cash machine at the nearby shop is often out of order.
