Alex took care of me so well and assured everything would be fine. The array of colour choices slightly overwhelmed me as there was a vast selection of shades. I had gel nails which peeled an hour later as they weren’t set properly, I went in the next day for a refund and I was only given £10 instead of the full amount paid. If I hadn’t argued my point I wouldn’t have got any money back at all.
