I had gel nails which peeled an hour later as they weren’t set properly, I went in the next day for a refund and I was only given £10 instead of the full amount paid. If I hadn’t argued my point I wouldn’t have got any money back at all. I had my eyebrows done by Kerry a couple of weeks ago, and she was absolutely fantastic.
I became emotional while trying to apologize for not taking care of myself enough since my daughter's passing.
Kerry encouraged me to express my emotions and was there to comfort and reassure me that it was okay to feel that way.
She then arranged for an incredible makeover by the talented Sam.
I left feeling pampered and cared for, like a million pounds.
The kindness and compassion these two individuals showed me that day went above and beyond their duties.
