Oh dear! What a disappointment, this was once my preferred spot for treatments. I had a head, neck, and shoulder massage. The treatment room was chilly, as were the therapist's hands. The entire salon felt cold. The bed was supposed to warm up, but it didn't seem to make any difference. The treatment quality has declined from before. I had already paid in advance, so I felt obligated to go through with my treatment. This place is no longer my first choice, truly disheartened!About

First time visiting today, experienced a few hiccups with my appointment. Slightly delayed but they kept me well informed, messaged and called promptly. Contacted me shortly after I made my reservation. The masseuse I had was very pleasant and skilled. Made me feel at ease and welcomed. Provided refreshments upon arrival.
