I recently had a Luxe Revitalising Facial at Profiles with Alex as my therapist. He was extremely friendly and created a serene atmosphere. The treatment itself was exceptional and the overall experience, including the complimentary goody bag, was outstanding. What an incredible experience. Samantha pinpointed the tension in my shoulder right away and skillfully relieved it. The massage was exceptional, and the facial massage at the end was simply divine.
