I visited Vita to address my tennis elbow in both arms that had plagued me for 2 years. I underwent 30-minute sessions of deep tissue massage. Expect some discomfort with deep tissue, it's par for the course. However, within 6 weeks, my pain had lessened, and now I'm mostly pain-free, able to work full time again.
