My spouse took our 2 grandchildren to this Salon on Friday 31st May 24. The kids are aged 6 and 20 months respectively, with very fine, short hair. The lady who attended to them was highly efficient. The children behaved well, and it took a maximum of 10 minutes for both. However, my spouse was charged £25.00 per child!!!! I understand it's a business, but this is a complete rip-off. I spoke to the owner, whose attitude was far from understanding, insisting these prices for children are outrageous. She mentioned giving a £3 discount per child, making it £28 each!!! She claimed I was unfair to a small business... Such charges will keep you small as you won't have our custom again. To get from 23 Cobmead, Hatfield AL10 0JF to Runway No1 salon, take bus number 602 from Hatfield Town Centre to The Galleria, then transfer to bus number 610 to Hatfield Business Park. Walk from there to Runway No1 located at 23 Cobmead. Alternatively, drive along St Albans Road, turn right onto Cavendish Way, then left onto Cavendish Way Roundabout to reach Runway No1 at the intersection of Cobmead and Cavendish Way.

Bee was the most accommodating, warmhearted, and friendliest nail tech I've been to yet! I had my memorable first appointment with them where I suddenly got a nosebleed right after stepping into their door and they were nothing but caring and kind. They're also very talented as I asked for a last minute design and left their seat feeling beyond happy. Popped in last minute, just before closing. The proprietor was kind, managed to squeeze me in, though there'd be a wait. Alternatively, I could return, which I did, 45 minutes post closing time. Delighted with the service and would definitely suggest. (Especially considering he had just come back from a break). Not a local, so he easily could've said he was shutting. During the nail session, there was an unfortunate incident where the technician accidentally drilled into my cuticles, causing bleeding. To my discomfort, they applied an alcohol solution to the wound, causing a stinging sensation. The nail shape turned out poorly, and my nail beds feel and look distressed.
