Had my earlobe pierced by Alex, he was incredibly welcoming and helped ease my anxiety. He paid great attention to detail and ensured everything was sanitized, clearly explaining each step of the process from selecting jewelry to recommending pieces that would suit me best. He worked swiftly during the piercing, making it as painless as possible. The fade I received was really impressive, although I had explicitly requested not to have the front trimmed, which unfortunately they still did. Nonetheless, it was a satisfactory haircut, and the front grew back quickly. I do hope that next time my preferences are adhered to.
