I recently took my daughter to Loki's for her ear piercing, and Helen was fantastic. She was professional and patient with the children, explaining each step to my daughter. When my daughter had a moment of hesitation between ears, Helen was amazing. She even assisted her in piercing her teddy cat's ears. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Both my daughter and her cat are thrilled with how they look.
