Emma provided me with an exceptional neck and shoulder massage. She skillfully untangled all the knots, delivering a truly soothing treatment in her charming new studio. Having been confined to a wheelchair for three years, accessing many places has been a challenge. Emma and Naomi have crafted a marvellous accessible space. Ample room to manoeuvre my wheelchair, thanks to the threshold ramp. The treatment couch adjusts to the perfect height for easy transfer. Both Emma and Naomi were incredibly supportive, kind, and compassionate. I visited for a manicure with Liam while on my holiday, it was delightful to receive personalized attention, Liam was incredibly warm and talkative, and I must say we had a fantastic time. All the employees I interacted with were courteous and competent.
