Not only did I receive exceptional customer service, but the quality of Phoebe's work is truly remarkable! She is incredibly attentive to her customers' needs and puts in dedicated effort to ensure they have a top-notch experience. Even before stepping into the salon, Phoebe reached out to inquire about my preferred refreshment. I was offered a range of choices, from a simple bottle of water to a luxurious glass of prosecco. My 5 year old experienced his inaugural haircut at this establishment and they were absolutely fantastic! The gentleman who trimmed his locks was approachable and kind, while another gentleman kindly offered my 2 year old a sweet treat while we waited. To top it off, my son received a lolly afterwards too. The haircut is spot on and he couldn't be happier with it! I had acrylic nails with powder for £38 and the job was well done. However, when it came time to pay, I mentioned I only had a card and not cash, which seemed to make the technician uneasy as if I was trying to avoid payment. I simply said I was going to the ATM across the road, but she insisted I leave something behind. I laughed it off, assuring her I was not going to run off without paying. It's unfortunate that the suspicion overshadowed the good service. If they want five-star reviews, they need to treat customers with respect and trust.
