Had an appointment booked yesterday, my mates paid for his upfront. The appointment was scheduled for 2.55pm and wasn't informed of the cancellation until about 25 to 30 minutes before. Was told they tried to reach him on social media when they had his number. A bit more notice would have been appreciated. My mate is still waiting for his refund. Thankfully, there's a charming newly opened shop down the road that is fantastic and welcoming! No proper explanation given at all. I was apprehensive about visiting the salon for the first time in years, but the experience was delightful! Each time I get my hair done, it looks fantastic. The result is both aesthetically pleasing and fragrant. Alex is marvellous. I always enjoy a small coffee and biscuit and get to unwind.
