Well... just spot on. Struggled with my hair thinning and excessive bleaching causing breakage. Needed a solid trim !! Although Jack was hesitant... and so was I, I absolutely adore it.

Now, I make sure to schedule a session at least once every month, and regardless of my initial state, I always depart feeling serene, rejuvenated, and invigorated. Laura is exceptional, and her cabin is a sanctuary of tranquility. What a gem. I can't speak highly enough of her.

The communication through email regarding the collection of goods was excellent, and displaying your phone at the customer service desk upon arrival made the pickup seamless.
Although it can get quite bustling, the store is well-organized.
The prices are reasonable, the quality is commendable, and the staff are welcoming.
