To make matters worse, the appointment concluded without ensuring my nails were dry or applying a top coat, leading to them getting ruined moments after leaving the salon. I had booked through ClassPass credits, which may have contributed to feeling rushed and lacking care and attention, but that is no excuse. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Alex, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming. I value professionalism and comfort during a massage, and Alex exceeded my expectations. Throughout the session, she made sure I was at ease and applied the perfect amount of pressure with her feet. It felt like warm butter, smooth and gentle, unlike any hand massage I've had before. After the session, I felt rejuvenated, with all my stiffness and tension melting away. I felt light and energized, similar to the feeling after a deep tissue massage but amplified.
