The nail lengths and shapes between my hands were inconsistent, with some nails longer and more rounded than others - an overall messy job. To make matters worse, the appointment concluded without ensuring my nails were dry or applying a top coat, leading to them getting ruined moments after leaving the salon. I had booked through ClassPass credits, which may have contributed to feeling rushed and lacking care and attention, but that is no excuse.
