The massage I received was excruciating, involving pressure on my throat and continuous knuckling of bones. I had to request them to stop as it was causing me pain. They failed to obtain a health form from me prior to commencing the massage session, despite my early arrival to complete the form as instructed - there was no one available to welcome me or provide the form. The therapist conducting my treatment appeared indifferent when I pointed out the oversight. This should be considered fundamental diligence and care for the client, as well as an insurance prerequisite. The encountered staff were uncooperative and impolite.
