We were part of Ben and a small group for a Equinox ritual in the stunning Grove Area. It was a handful of solid hours that provided introspection, rejuvenation, recognition, letting go and most importantly, empathy. Ben expertly led us through the session with attentiveness and a generous spirit. Visit simply to share a few hours in the presence of Ben. Visit for the exquisite lemon drizzle cake. Visit to exist and inhale amidst the trees. Indeed, visit for the entirety! Appreciation to Ben x
