My interaction with Hayley at Simply Belle has been exceptional, I cannot speak highly enough of her. She conducted herself with professionalism, warmth, and reassurance. I found each step of the process to be incredibly thorough, with no sense of haste or oversight. Every query I had was addressed attentively, from my initial email inquiry, through the consultation, the treatment day, and she even followed up with me afterwards. I am delighted with the outcome and wouldn't consider entrusting anyone else after such a positive encounter!

Absolutely fantastic sunbeds, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and even suggested the best times for me as I hadn't used sunbeds in years. I also had my nails done by Lily, and it was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to purchase HEMA-free gel for me, knowing that I am allergic to normal gel. I couldn't have asked for better service.
