I spent a long time finding a hairdressers I like when I moved to Hitchin. Having tried most in the area and previously getting my hair done in the city I finally settled and even though I’ve moved away I still go back. The salon is a lovely friendly chilled place. I recently had a session with Mia. Mia was thorough in explaining the procedures and maintained a good flow of conversation. There were moments of quiet, but they were not uncomfortable. Mia showed great attention to detail and strived to deliver a high-quality service, which left me very pleased. Additionally, the three treatments (body massage, luxury pedicure, and underarm waxing) exceeded the scheduled times as Mia continued working past 8pm. The pricing was fair, although I did suggest that the heaters used after nail polish application could enhance the overall service for the customer.
