From the moment I stepped in, he made me feel very welcome and at ease, despite the new COVID regulations. He was clean, professional, whilst at the same time, INCREDIBLE at his job!! I have very thick long hair and got a cut and colour, which was without a doubt, the best cut, colour and styling I'd ever had. Initially, I was greatly displeased by an unjust charge, however, subsequent to this, Caroline reached out to me to express regret and extended an invitation to return to the salon without any additional cost. I genuinely valued this gesture and all is forgiven in my eyes.
I have consistently adored this salon and would not have considered patronizing another establishment.

The service provided was exceptional, the salon exudes charm, they managed to fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and my nail art was completed swiftly and almost flawlessly. I am deducting a star because upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that the manicurist had not painted the nail all the way to the edge, giving the appearance of a 2-week-old manicure rather than a fresh one. It's only been 5 days, and I already feel the need to have them redone as they look even more aged :(. I am a bit disappointed, but I believe it was an oversight.
