The massage table is incredibly comfortable and soothing, generously cushioned - you could easily doze off on it. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming. Following a professional evaluation at Bath Uni, I was introduced to Maxine Patel. She has diligently worked over the previous 4 weeks to enhance my strength and endurance. Throughout our sessions, we have also delved into nutrition and additional ways to enhance and sustain my fitness.
All our sessions have been conducted via Zoom and it genuinely feels like having your personal PT in the living room with you. Maxine is a genuinely amiable individual and tailors each session to your individual needs and capabilities.
You don't require a plethora of exercise equipment, just some space and a touch of determination when prompted for 'just one more' split squat.
