Today was my first visit and it won't be my last. Such a beautiful place to be. The staff were all lovely and super friendly. The pedicure was delightful and my toes look all pretty painted. My son went for a haircut. Came home with a big blotch on the front of his new (pricey) hoodie. No dye was used on his hair but there must have been something on the smock because the front of the hoodie now sports a large bleach-like ring stain and is totally unwearable. He has just returned to the salon to ask to see the smock, they have denied any responsibility and have offered no compensation. My son didn’t confront them at the time as he didn’t notice until he got into the car. But I noticed as soon as he came home. They actually had the audacity to suggest he arrived with the hoodie stained! As if! Very very disappointing show RL Beauty. Disappointing show. Absolutely fantastic! The finest hair studio I've visited. This was my third time there and I'm still in awe of how excellent it is. My stylist is Bianca, the proprietor, and she is truly exceptional, incredibly professional. She excels at selecting colours 😍
The atmosphere in the salon is simply marvellous, the staff are all so welcoming and friendly.
