....Absolutely devastated. My appointment was cancelled on the very day I was due to attend. I had booked in for eyebrow tinting and eyelash lifting and tinting. I was so looking forward to having them done for a special event, but now I have no chance of booking elsewhere on such short notice. It's really disappointing to have the appointment cancelled last minute without any opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Just as customers are asked to give sufficient notice if they need to cancel, the professionals should also show some consideration and inform us with a couple of days' notice so we can reschedule. So frustrating... I've just returned home from visiting Lidia for some hair extensions. I am incredibly happy with them. It's my first time trying hair extensions, I've always had long hair but as I've aged it's thinned out and it's bothered me. I went to see Lidia and discussed with her what I wanted. She completely understood my vision! The blend of colours is beautiful and very natural, it doesn't feel heavy on my head and she even styled it for me as I've been eager to have hair that would hold a curl.

I am quite dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails. They appear significantly wider than my natural nails, giving the illusion of chubby fingers. Moreover, my cuticles are overly dry with acrylic that is beginning to chip off, lacking a proper finishing around the edges. I paid an additional pound for an 'H' to be written, but the execution looks amateurish. When I requested a neater rendition, my plea was denied.
