Courtney then lavished attention on my hair and administered a soothing head massage. Jane then expertly trimmed and styled my hair. Initially thought the tattoo was decent, but upon returning home, I realized how poor it was. Done by Jayne, the lines are wobbly, the outline is off from the original design, and I had to pay another artist £200 for reworks. I just went in for a trim and a couple of weeks later I notice they've moved my hairline way back. I wouldn't recommend this place to other customers with darker skin tones as they struggle with shaping up without pushing it back.

I had the most incredible pedicure and hot stone massage today. The lady who did my pedicure, massage, and nails treated me with such care. She consistently checked if I was comfortable and needed anything. It was hands down the best pedicure and nail treatment I've ever had. I highly recommend her. The owner, with a quirky hairstyle, and the entire team were quite rude! I almost walked out, but I maintained my composure as they had already begun the job. They kept giving me side-eye and rolling their eyes! Despite my request for a normal pedicure instead of gel, they insisted on using gel as normal polish takes longer to dry! It's frustrating when they think they know better than the customers! Not a satisfactory job, not cleaned properly, and I suspect the nail polish may have expired. I wish I had read these reviews before going there. Initially, I was told £35 by the guy, but the owner charged me £40. I couldn't be bothered to argue; I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible! Extremely rude! No manners at all! I have been coming to Alex for years initially for Bowen therapy due to having lower back niggles.. Bowen therapy is a unique treatment and I still don't know how it fully works.. Alex also does a massage alongside your bowen and puts you at ease immediately... I also come to get electrolysis .. not many people do electrolysis and Alex is excellent ...
