The technician who conducted my laser treatment was meticulous and courteous (didn't catch her name but she's relatively new), she guided me through each step and remained attentive throughout.

Terrible experience
Initially thought the tattoo was decent, but upon returning home, I realized how poor it was. Done by Jayne, the lines are wobbly, the outline is off from the original design, and I had to pay another artist £200 for reworks.
